Session fees
- Individual therapy (50 min)
$175 per session - Couples & family therapy (50 min)
$225 per session - Group therapy
$250 for four 90-minute sessions - Clinical supervision

Insurance
What to know about coverage
- Individual therapy is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna, and Medicare is accepted for individual therapy with Diane Spell. Your cost depends on your plan's copay or coinsurance.
- Couples & family therapy is private pay only
- Format includes both in-person (Triangle area) and telehealth throughout North Carolina
