Illume Counseling complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (including sex characteristics, sexual orientation, gender identity, and pregnancy). We do not exclude people or treat them differently because of any of these characteristics.
We provide reasonable modifications for people with disabilities and appropriate auxiliary aids and services for effective communication. Clinical care is available directly in Spanish with Diane Spell, LCSW.
If you believe we have failed to provide these services
If you believe Illume Counseling has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way, you may raise it with us directly at care@illumecounselingnc.com, or by mail at 543 Keisler Drive, Suite 203, Cary, NC 27518. Raising a concern with us does not affect your right to file a civil rights complaint.
Filing a civil rights complaint
